We offer Free Delivery & Returns on all UK £40.00 or more orders. This is a Royal Mail 48 Tracked & Signed for service
However for items £39.99 or less we do charge a standard postage of £4.50 that goes with our Royal Mail -Tracked 48 service, however this can be upgraded for another cost.
We dispatch all orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri the same day. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday.
We also offer a Royal Mail - Tracked & Signed 24 with a fee of £6.00, Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day £9.00 or a Free Collect in store from our Llandudno North Wales store.

All items are sent via Royal Mail ‘international signed for’ delivery and will require a signature upon receipt.

Refunds and Exchanges
No Quibble Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days to return your goods. The 28 day period begins from when you have ordered your goods.
Shoe care items are non-refundable
Items must be returned with all original packaging and must not be worn.
How quickly will my return be dealt with?
We aim to action all returns within 2 days of receiving your parcel - although it is usually quicker than this. Please be aware that if you use our pre-paid returns it can take an average of between 2-5 days for your parcel to reach us. If you use your refund or exchange to be dealt with quicker you can use of method of postage at your own cost.
Free Returns and Exchanges
We understand that buying on-line often means that it can be difficult to get the correct sizing and that is why we offer a Free Returns Policy within the UK. Our priority is to make the return process as easy and hassle free for you. We provide a Royal Mail prepaid label in your parcel which just has to be placed on parcel and parcel taken to local post office.
If you require an exchange all you need to do is complete the Form supplied in your parcel informing us of exactly what you would like us to do and we will send your exchange by 48 royal mail tracked service and confirm when this has been done. Delivery of the exchange if free to you.
If for any reason the exchange cannot be fulfilled we will contact you immediately to inform you.
Free Returns policy DOES NOT apply to international orders.
We aim to complete refunds within 2 working days of receipt of your parcel and will email as soon as the refund has been completed.
Use of prepaid Returns Label
Ensure the returns labels is securely attached to your parcel. Always obtain proof of postage from your local post office. If the parcel does not reach us and you can not provide proof of postage you are liable for the loss.
A return form is provided in your parcel if you do not receive one please contact us on either 01492 868200 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please seal your parcel securely and place the label securely onto the parcel.
Take to your local post office and obtain proof of postage.

What if my item was delivered Faulty
In the unlikely event your item is faulty please email us on email@example.com or call us on 01492 868200 quoting your WEB reference number which will be on your enclosed invoice. Explain the fault and then we can organise a refund or exchange.
How do I cancel my order?
Once payment has been debited from your account, we will carry out a refund but please be aware depending on the method of payment this can take up to five days to be processed through the banking system.
What if I receive the incorrect item?
In the unlikely event the item you receive is incorrect please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01492 868200 and we will advise how to return the item and the next steps.
Will you refund any postage charges?
If you have received the wrong item or if the product if found to be faulty, please contact us immediately and postage will only be refunded if specifically agreed beforehand.
