Postage Costs

We offer Free Delivery on all UK orders £40.00 or more anything less will incur a charge of £3.50. This is a Royal Mail 48 Tracked & Signed for service.

We dispatch all orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri the same day. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday.

We also offer a Royal Mail - Tracked & Signed 24  with a fee of £4.00, Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day £6.00 or a Free Collect in store from our Llandudno North Wales store.

Outside of the UK the following charges will apply:

Europe and Republic of Ireland: £9.99

Rest of the Word: £14.99

All items are sent via Royal Mail ‘international signed for’ delivery and will require a signature upon receipt.  

 

Refunds and Exchanges

No Quibble Return Policy

 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to return it to us. However we do not cover return costs.

Shoe care items are non-refundable

Items must be returned with all original packaging and must not be worn.

Please return your item in it's original condition and boxing. Items where the outer packaging is damaged may not be accepted so please refrain from taping boxes shut, writing on boxes or sticking return labels to boxes.

How quickly will my return be dealt with?

We aim to action all returns within 2 days of receiving your parcel - although it is usually quicker than this. Please be aware that it can take an average of between 2-5 days for your parcel to reach us.

Returns and Exchanges

Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged.

If you require to exchange an item, we recommend you purchase the new item as a separate transaction to avoid waiting for your return to arrive in store to be processed.

Always obtain proof of postage from your local post office. If the parcel does not reach us and you can not provide proof of postage you are liable for the loss.

Refunds

We aim to complete refunds within 2 working days of receipt of your parcel and will email as soon as the refund has been completed.


Returns Procedure

If you require a return from please contact us on either 01492 868200 or email us on sales@shoesbymail.co.uk. Alternatively please include your name, order WEB reference number and reason for return with your parcel.

Please seal your parcel securely.

Take to your local post office and obtain proof of postage.

Returns are also accepted at our Baker and Clark store at the above address.

What if my item was delivered Faulty

In the unlikely event your item is faulty please email us on sales@shoesbymail.co.uk or call us on 01492 868200 quoting your WEB reference number which will be on your enclosed invoice. Explain the fault and then we can organise a refund or exchange.

How do I cancel my order?

Once payment has been debited from your account, we will carry out a refund but please be aware depending on the method of payment this can take up to five days to be processed through the banking system.

What if I receive the incorrect item?

In the unlikely event the item you receive is incorrect please email us on sales@shoesbymail.co.uk or call us on 01492 868200 and we will advise how to return the item and the next steps.

Will you refund any postage charges?

If you have received the wrong item or if the product if found to be faulty, please contact us immediately and postage will only be refunded if specifically agreed beforehand.
