Delivery
Orders placed before 2p.m. will be processed and despatched the same day by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.
All other orders will be processed and despatched within 48 hours on weekdays and on the next working day if placed at the weekend.
If you do not receive the goods within 10 working days please contact us.
Postage and Packing is £2.99 to all UK mainland addresses (discounts for multiple pairs-see below). If you live locally or are visiting Llandudno you may wish to pick up your order in store.

This allows you to return your items to us within 14 days at no further cost. Simply put the pre-paid label on your parcel and take it to the post office.
If you did not recieve a pre-paid label in your parcel please contact our sales team on 08007830439 and we will post one to you.
It is our intention to offer a problem free Returns and mailing service.
For shipping outside of the UK mainland the following postage and packaging charges will apply

USA & Rest of World £14.99 (all parcels sent by air mail)
You may be liable to pay import duties from customs. (Applies to countries outside of Europe) which vary from country to country.
Exchanges/Refunds
If an item is returned for exchange or refund please follow these guidelines.
1) Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of an item.
2) We should receive notification of any damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of receipt.
3) Goods must have an accompanying receipt and We should be notified as to why goods are being returned.
4) A pre-paid returns label should be in with your order.If you do not receive one and you need to return your item please call our sales team on 08007830439 to request one.
5) Costs involved in returning an item are not refundable except in circumstances where the product is faulty. You must contact us before returning the product in these circumstances, by email or on Telephone No 08007830439 or 01492 868200.
6) We insist you obtain a certificate for proof of postage (issued free of charge) from the Post Office when returning items to us.
7) We will process your exchange the same day wherever possible.
Also, (if you live locally) we can accept all exchanges/refunds at our Store in Llandudno (Baker & Clark, 13 & 15 Lloyd Street).
None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer
14 DAYS RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, simply return them, unworn with receipt using the pre-paid label provided within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
Changed your mind?
If the shoes don’t match your outfit, wrong fit or you’ve just changed your mind once you’ve received them you have 14 days from the day you receive them to send them back. You will be refunded the full amount of your order less postage.
Faulty Shoes?
If you believe your shoes to be faulty, please send them back to us for inspection using the returns label provided. If you do not have a returns label, please call our Telephone 08007830439 or 01492 868200 and a pre-paid label will be sent to you. This is not limited to 14 days; please contact customer services for more information
If the shoes are faulty, we will refund you for the order in full provided you have proof of purchase, without this we can only offer exchanges for the same product.
Wrong shoes?
If we’ve made a mistake and the shoes aren’t as ordered, simply pack them up and send them back, through the post office using the pre paid label. Once we receive the shoes back, we will refund the entire amount paid or send out the correct item should you still require them?
Postage refunds

to request one. Please note we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred due to non-use of the pre paid label unless agreed by Customer Services.
Proof of Postage
Please make sure you get a receipt/proof of postage certificate (Issued free of charge from Post Office) when you post your shoes back to us. If the shoes go missing and you do not have a receipt, regrettably we will be unable to process a refund.
When do I get my refund?
Once we receive the returned item, you will receive an email indicating the amount to be refunded. The refund will be sent back to your card at this point. Depending on banks, this can take 3-5 working days.

We accept most major debit / credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta and Switch/Maestro, Solo or Electron Cards.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express.

All prices on the website are quoted in GBP and include 17.5% VAT. Your credit card details are encrypted by Nitrosell (Our web store provider) and held securely on their server. Encryption takes place both before processing and when stored on the database. Credit card details are never held in a clear text format.
