All orders over the cost of £50.00 receive free delivery in the UK. Orders under this value will incur a minimum shipping fee of £3.50 for Collect plus home delivery 3-5 days service.

We offer a 1st Class recorded Royal Mail service for £5.50, Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day £9.00 or a Free Collect in store from our Llandudno North Wales store.

Outside of the UK the following charges will apply:

Europe and Republic of Ireland: £16.99

Rest of the Word: £19.99

All items are sent via Royal Mail ‘international signed for’ delivery and will require a signature upon receipt.

We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase(s) from Shoes by Mail but in the case that you are not all items must be returned to us within 28 days with proof of purchase, in their original condition with all original packaging, to be fully refunded or exchanged. Please use the enclosed free returns label and fill in the returns form stating your reason for returning the item(s) and in the case of exchange what you will require instead. We advise that you obtain some proof of postage as Shoes by Mail are not liable for returned item(s) lost in transit. Upon receipt of items we aim to refund you on the same working day, please be aware that refunds can take up to 5 to 7 working days to process depending on your bank.
